5 Lethbridge Street, Penrith

This project is for the construction of a twenty (20) residential apartment building. The development is over six levels of lift serviced apartments with a communal access to roof top, with a single level of basement parking and storage. Located in close proximity to Nepean Hospital, restrictive site access, high voltage power lines adjacent to the site and mains water connection over a six lane main arterial road presented challenges to be overcome. The project was completed early 2018.
